Cancellation Policy

At Flex Physiotherapy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, where possible, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other patients who may be waiting for care.

Cancellation Terms

• No cancellation fee will apply if our office is notified > 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Flex Physiotherapy reserves the right to charge a fee to all patients for:

• For appointments scheduled outside the clinic, Flex Physiotherapy reserves the right to also charge for travel and waiting time if the appointment is not attended and appropriate notice is not given.
