See Jay for: Persistent and complex pain problems; Nerve pain; Second opinions; Splinting; Independent Workers Comp review; Power Lifting

Jay has worked at Flex Physiotherapy since 2012 with a true passion for helping patients with complex and chronic pain problems of the spine (neck and low back), as well as shoulder, elbow and nerve pain. He has recently been working with a host of award winning power lifters and body builders traveling from as far as the northern reaches of Perth. Areas of particular interest include the upper limb and spine (neck and low back pain), especially shoulder, elbow, nerve and tendon conditions.

Jay is an Australian Physiotherapy Association Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and manages patients with complex and chronic conditions where the standard medical care has failed. He has a passion for research backed management, that doesn't provide a quick fix, but a lasting long term change that requires fewer consultations, directing his patients towards self management to save them time and money. Jay always books long consultations allowing the patient to tell their entire pain story, you will not be rushed.  He keeps informed of current neuroscience evidence while not forgetting his traditional biological and biomechanical roots. Jay is more than happy to see people for second opinions for any injury, but consults as an independent physiotherapist consultant for complex workers compensation cases, complex and chronic pain as well as power lifters.

Jay has also works at Curtin University teaching in both postgraduate and undergraduate degrees. He is the Chair of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia WA and the WA state delegate for the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia national committee.
